Mike Polsgrove is Model Railroader’s magazine’s “DCC Corner” columnist. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1982 and worked as the motive power electrical engineer for both the Grand Trunk Western RR and the Chicago & North Western. He is currently constructing on HO scale layout depicting the Soo Line’s Third Subdivision of the Eastern Division, circa 1963.
