Recommended for collections strong in toy trains is Dennis Brennan's "Realistic Modeling for Toy Trains: A Hi-Rail Guide (9780890247457, $19.95). It tells how to build realistic modeling that elevates the toy train experience to a different level with layouts that are easily constructed. From using common materials to planning an interesting hi-rail model railroad, this is packed with fine step-by-step techniques.
